Honey Helping Hands (HHH) cultivates space for Black and Brown girls, women, and caregivers who too often hold the

worldon their shoulders without enough care for themselves.

Honey Helping Hands envisions a world where we nurture our communities, fortify our bodies and spirits, and grow spaces where recognition, rest, health, and interdependence

are deeply experienced.

mission

Honey Helping Hands centers Black and Brown girls and the women who raise them by providing resources, services, events, and collaborations that support their health, leadership, connection, and potential: through sports/fitness/nutrition activities, mentorship and education opportunities, wellness practices, network engagements, and community

resource mobilization.

The world strips so much from us, mentally and physically but we all want to feel safe and be heard. Honey Helping Hands is a rejuvenating space for women and girls to be seen and loved on, it’s a center for refuge. Here people can be themselves and let their guard down.

OUR VALUES

intergenerational
care

We see the woman, mother, or girl and what they have to offer in deep, intrinsic value to themselves, to their communities, to the world.

We are an intergenerational community and make space for empathic,

loving connection and

non-judgemental support between younger, middle age, and elder generations.

We strive to remove barriers—economic, geographic, social—so resources reach all girls, especially those underserved.
